Registration
1) Your place is not guaranteed at the dinner until payment in full is received by the Organisers. Payment must be received by the Organisers by the due date.
2) Guests may cancel their attendance to the conference and/or awards dinner before Thursday 4th February 2027 by advising the Organisers by email to info@lifescienceawards.scot This will incur a £30 admin fee. Cancellations after Thursday 4th February 2027 will not be refunded. Refunds of fees paid may be given, subject to the following conditions: Cancellation before Thursday 4th February 2027: refund of the ticket fee minus a £30 admin fee.
3) The Organisers accept no liability for loss or damage as result of cancellation or postponement of the event. The Organisers assume no liability whatsoever in the event the dinner is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of the dinner impracticable, illegal or impossible. For the purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to, war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather, pandemic or other emergency. All unpaid invoices remain due if the event is cancelled for any reason.
4) Guest fees for the dinner are subject to UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Ticket costs may be paid by credit card. The Organisers reserve the right to invoice for any costs incurred to process bank transfer payments or from international payments.
5) The Organisers reserve the right to amend the programme or withdraw speakers or other elements of the programme without prior notice and will accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by amendments to the programme.
6) Final names for tables will be required by Monday 15th February along with individual dietary requirements.
7) By booking your ticket to the conference and/or awards dinner you accept these terms and conditions.
